Come and celebrate the premier of the one hour
documentary film "Seventeen Short Films about Breasts"
– conceived, produced and directed by Cathryn Robertson.

Over the course of three months, Cathy’s conversations
with women about breast cancer broadened into a more
comprehensive narrative about the complex relationship
women have with their breasts.

Some of the "chapters" of this film speak of working breasts,
lovers’ breasts, nursing breasts, elderly breasts, and then
focuses in on the breast cancer journey.

This film’s tremendous power lies in the surprising candor
with which the women speak about some of the most
intimate issues of their lives.

Making their private stories public becomes an act of courage
and a gift to other women facing the same issues.
