Summer Box Office Hours (July - August) are:
12 - 4 pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday
and one hour before each performance

Fall, Winter and Spring Box Office Hours are:
12 - 5 pm Monday through Friday, 12 - 4 pm Saturdays
and one hour before each performance

Coat Check

We offer a coat check service to our guests, which is located at the base of the grand staircase in the main lobby.

Cameras and Recording Devices

The use of camera, video cameras and sound recording devices is prohibited in the theatre.

Cellular Phones, Alarm Watches and Beepers

Cellular phones, alarm watches and beepers must be turned off. If a patron has an emergency and must be contacted during a performance, please speak with an usher or the Front of House Manager.

Perfumes and Colognes

For the comfort of other patrons, we thank you for not wearing perfumes and colognes.

Wheelchair Seating

Locations for wheelchairs are available in both theatres. Please inform the Box Office staff of your needs when booking tickets.

Elevators

An elevator is available to transport patrons from the Mathers Avenue level or from the lower parking level. We advise patrons with limited mobility to park immediately behind the building and enter on the right hand side of the Centre. As the elevators are key operated, assistance from an usher or staff member is required. We thank you for your patience.

Personal Listening Devices

Personal Listening Devices are available in the Main Theatre. Please call ahead to book a device at 604-981-6335 (MEEK).
