From concerts and conferences to film shoots and recordings, Kay Meek Centre is well equipped to handle a variety of events and performances. Both of our multi-faceted theatre spaces are available for rent, options including:

Main Stage
The Kay Meek Centre Main Stage is a state-of-the-art, full service, 500-seat performance facility. The Main Stage is available for concerts and other public performances, large meetings and music recording.
Kay Meek Centre Studio
The flexible and intimate Studio expands Kay Meek Centre's ability to present world-class performances. The Studio is the home for not only local community groups and companies but also for emerging and established North Shore artists, as well as for avant-garde and classical drama, dance productions and small music ensemble performances.
Depending on the choice of flexible configurations, including cabaret, theatre in the round or traditional stage setting, the Studio can accommodate up to 210 people, available to rent by artists, community organizations, commercial enterprises and private individuals.
Bookings and Rental Rates
Kay Meek Centre theatre venues can be rented throughout the year. All booking requests are processed by Kay Meek administration, on a first-come, first-served basis.
